Products & Services
We sell custom and non-custom items and event services (calligraphy/engraving). Photos are illustrative; minor variations can occur due to hand-crafted nature.
Ordering & payment

Shipping & delivery

Right of withdrawal (14 days)
For non-custom goods bought online, you can withdraw within 14 days of delivery using the standard EU form (we provide a link/pdf at checkout). Exceptions: No withdrawal for personalised/custom-made goods or services fully performed with your prior express consent (e.g., custom engravings). EUR-Lex+1
Returns policy

Non-custom goods: return unused, in original condition within 14 days after notifying us; we refund within 14 days from receipt of the returns.

Proofs & approvals for custom work
Where we send digital mockups, your “approve” constitutes confirmation to proceed. After approval, changes may incur fees or be impossible if production has started.
Intellectual Property (author’s rights)

Our original lettering/calligraphy, engravings, product photos, and site content are protected by Greek Copyright Law 2121/1993 (as updated by Law 4996/2022 implementing the DSM Directive). Unless expressly licensed, we retain all economic and moral rights. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the purchased item for normal personal use. Commercial use (e.g., logos/merch, mass-production, advertising) requires a separate written licence. library.opi.gr+1

Client-supplied content: You warrant you own or have a licence to all text/designs you upload for engraving and you grant us a limited licence to use them solely to fulfil your order (and to store proofs for warranty/portfolio if you consent). You indemnify us against third-party IP claims arising from your materials. (Reflects rights structure under Law 2121/1993). autodia.gr

Portfolio use: With your separate consent, we may photograph finished works and share them on our website/Instagram @lovely.letterings for portfolio purposes. You can revoke consent anytime for future uses.
